Just a suit design I'm thinking of using. And yes, that is a peacock feather in his hat.

His dress style probably translates best as "Less flamboyant then Rarity's". That is not saying much.

May end up going with something including a cape and a crown as well...

The color is easily alterable though I believe whatever exact color scheme I'll end up using will likely be something dark and similar to Luna's guard's armor.

Though I may ask why don't you believe it to match his personality?
